Mr. Justus served in the Advertisement industry from 1981 and becoming an icon of the industry as CEO of NewComm group, a company he founded in 1997. In early 2017, he sold the group to WPP. Prior to founding the firm, he was partner and member of investment management team at Nest Investimentos from 2008 thru 2015. Formerly, he worked at GPS Planejamento Financeiro - a multifamily office - where he was responsible for global asset allocation in equities and fixed income and co-responsible for hedge fund investments. Also, he served at Wachovia Securities as Advisor for private, corporate and institutional clients. Mr. Fonseca holds BS in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and he is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.

Prior to founding the firm, he was former founding partner and sale’s director at Nest Investimentos until 2015. Earlier, he was partner at Open Fund Asset Management and sales manager at Sulzer Pumps. Mr. Prata holds master’s degree in Business Administration from I.E. - Madrid-Spain and BS in Business Administration from PUC-SP.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FAAP and Master Business Administration in Finance from IBMEC-SP.

After MBA in USA, he worked in wealth management, previously in GPS and posteriorly in Safdié Gestão de Patrimônio. In 2011, he was partner at Fides Asset Management, working as COO & RI. Before joining Nest Asset Management, he was member and partner in Taler, serving as portfolio and local funds manager. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a postgraduate degree in corporate finance from Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ). In 2002, he was also graduated with an MBA with honors at Thunderbird, School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona.
Economist graduated from PUC-RJ, holds a master’s and doctorate degree in Economics from University of São Paulo. Started his career in the financial market in the early 90s, was a Portfolio Manager and Strategist at Fator Administração de Recursos and at Openfund Asset Management, Head of the New Products Division at BM&F, Portfolio Manager at Precision Asset Management, CIO at AFS Gestão de Recursos. As a Portfolio Manager at Advis Investimentos, was responsible for the Commodities and Global Equities area. Before returning to Nest, was the Chief Investment Officer of Andbank Brasil, directly responsible for the management of R$ 2.3 billion in funds and advisor of R$ 8 billion for private clients.
Partner and member of risk and compliance committee, Mr. Szwarc is Operations Manager at Nest Asset Management. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial market. He served as Client Services and Middle Office Manager at Votorantim Asset Management, as well as Manager of Process and Technology at Itaú Private Bank and Itaú Custódia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FAAP, MBA from IBMEC-SP and also a postgraduate extension GV PAC from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
Economist graduated from USP-SP, with a masters degree in economics from France and a PhD in Business Administration from USP-SP. He started his career in the financial market in 1996 at Banco Icatú, later going to work at Banco BBM in the Corporate Finance area. He worked at Banco Santos in the treasury area in risk analysis. In 1999 he participated in the construction of the Brazilian Payments System (SPB), along with the modeling of the Available Electronic Transfer (TED) clearing and validation algorithm. He has over 20 years of experience in economic and financial risk modeling and analysis and as a business consultant.
Guilherme is a trader in the Equities team. Before joining the firm, he worked at Ventor Investimentos as a risk analyst, and at GAP Asset Management and BTG Pactual as a back-office analyst. Guilherme holds a degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University with a minor in Finance and he is a CFA charterholder.
Bruno is an equity analyst acting in the Equities team. Prior to join Nest Asset Management, worked 2 years at Ernst & Young in M&A projects and Project Finance. He holds BS in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas São Paulo.
Weslley is an operations analyst working in the asset middle office and operational support. Before joining the team, he worked as researcher and data scientist at Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA). He holds a bachelor degree in Economics from Strong Esags - Santo André.
Partner responsible for administrative and corporate services at Nest Asset Management. Prior to joining the firm, she served as bilingual assistant for top management at NewComm group. She also worked for large corporations such as Shell, Ogilvy, Rapp Collins and others. She holds BS in Linguistic from PUC-SP and certificate in Marketing from ESPM.
